Rosékalfsvlees komt van stierkalveren die geslacht worden bij een leeftijd van 8 maanden. Door de vezelrijke voeding en optimale zorg krijgt dit vlees een unieke smaak. De kalveren krijgen voornamelijk ruwvoer. Hierdoor heeft het vlees een andere smaak en structuur dan blankkalfsvlees. Het vlees is mager en heeft een lichte bite.

Het gourmetpakket wordt diepgevroren en vacuümverpakt aangeboden.
